The brand-new rooms were pet-friendly with good facilities. the hotel's location is really close to Blackpool, Cleveleys, and Fleetwood, making it easy to access. the restaurant and lounge bar were quiet and located in the center of the ceiling.

thank you for an excellent stay for a family visit. the room is spotless with lovely bathroom, also they can offer wake-up service. the location is great and gorgeous, not too far from st nicholas's church.

The venue's position was remote.

Comfortable and clean with pretty garden views. the room has a balcony and a cozy bed with a heater. the bathroom is spacious and luxurious, giving you a nice spot for relaxation after a long day 🛁.

The size of the room was great and we appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The staff were really friendly and approachable.

It was a little disappointing that the air conditioning unit in our room wasn't working, especially with the hot weather. We were also disturbed by noise outside our room late into the night, and the hotel staff were absent and unhelpful.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and location in a lovely little village. We were impressed with the beautiful building and the fact that we could have our Labrador with us. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We can understand why this hotel is popular for weddings and events. a great experience.

This hidden gem is nestled in a quiet corner of Lancashire, providing a lovely environment with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The staff are attentive and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The location is perfect, just off the motorway and with easy access to the coast. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with excellent facilities. Plus, the hotel offers a separate function room for weddings and parties, adding to its appeal.

There were some minor issues with cleanliness in the rooms, such as dust on the coffee station and cup-rings. However, these small points would not deter me from planning a return visit to this charming hotel.

What a great stay! The afternoon cream tea was amazing, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, the location was perfect, really close to where we needed to be for our business meeting. And, they even offered some complementary snacks that were much appreciated.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable and made a lot of noise due to the springs. Additionally, upon leaving the hotel, we noticed that some of the tables still had glasses and crockery from the night before.

Peaceful location, easy access to nearby attractions, good variety on the menu with options for different dietary needs, comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at a lovely country house hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Tom at the bar and the receptionist. The location was perfect, set back from the road in a beautiful area. It was great being able to bring our dog along as well, as the hotel is dog friendly. The property had a separate function room, which looked ideal for weddings and parties.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the room we reserved was not the one we received.
